Thank you for choosing Accel Activewear. Please review our Return Policy below. 

Return Policy

We appreciate your purchase and hope you’re satisfied with it. However, if you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Please refer to the details below for more information on our return policy.

 

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Please ensure that the returned item is in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email customer service at sales@accelactivewear.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and drop your return off at your local USPS/UPS office.

 

Please note that you’ll be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method for your return.

 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we’ll process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to complete the process. We’ll notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. A refund will only be issued for the full purchase price of the product.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please note that we only accept NEW, UNUSED items for returns. Once an item has been used, we cannot accept refund requests.
