Warranty Coverage
Our 90-Day Limited Warranty guarantees that Performance Series Shoes and Knee Pads are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

 

This warranty:

• Applies only to the original purchaser

• Is valid for 90 days from the original purchase date

• Covers products purchased from Accel Activewear or an authorized dealer

If a product is found to be defective within this period, Accel Activewear will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item at no cost.

Warranty Time Period:

• Performance Series Shoes: 90 days from date of purchase

• Performance Series Knee Pads: 90 days from date of purchase

This Warranty Does NOT Cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental or intentional damage

• Damage due to extreme environmental conditions (e.g., heat, moisture)

• Alterations or modifications made by unauthorized parties

• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers

• Damage during shipping (contact your shipping provider for claims)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

2. Provide Proof of Purchase

   • A copy or photo of your sales receipt or order confirmation.

3. Submit Documentation of the Defect

   • Clear photos of the issue

   • A detailed description of the problem

   • Your current shipping address

4. Await Confirmation
   Once your claim is approved, a replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge.
